Suiviro Legal
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
This page lists every cookie and browser-storage item Suiviro sets, and why. Suiviro does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
1. What we use, and why
Suiviro relies on a small number of first-party cookies and browser-storage entries. They are all strictly necessary to sign you in, keep you signed in, remember which business you are working in, and preserve small UI preferences between sessions. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no cross-site trackers.
2. First-party cookies
Essential — cannot be disabled
- sidebar:state — remembers whether the main sidebar is expanded or collapsed.
- xero.import.* — remembers your position in the Xero contact-import wizard so you can resume where you left off.
- client-combobox recents — remembers the last few clients you searched for so they surface first in pickers.
3. Browser storage (localStorage)
These entries never leave your browser and are not transmitted to Suiviro servers as cookies. They are used to keep you signed in and to remember which business account is active.
- sb-<project>-auth-token — your Suiviro sign-in session token (issued by our authentication provider).
- activeBusinessId — the business account you are currently working in.
- suiviro.show-sync-controls — an internal UI preference for advanced sync controls.
- Setup-checklist dismissal flags (per business) — remembers which onboarding tips you have already dismissed.
4. Browser storage (sessionStorage)
These entries are cleared when you close the browser tab. They exist to complete a single flow that spans a redirect.
- suiviro_pending_xero_connect — carries a pending Xero connection request across the OAuth redirect.
- suiviro_ref — carries a referral code from your first visit into the sign-up form.
- Onboarding dismissal flags — remembers that you dismissed a one-off onboarding banner for the current session.
5. Third-party services
Suiviro embeds the Paddle checkout iframe when you buy or manage a paid subscription. During that flow Paddle may set its own cookies on its domain to process the transaction. Those cookies are governed by the Paddle Privacy Policy.
Suiviro does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, Mixpanel, PostHog or any other third-party analytics or advertising service on this website or in the app. Suiviro does not use Stripe.
6. Managing cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies or clearing browser storage will sign you out and reset your UI preferences; Suiviro will otherwise continue to function.
7. Updates
If Suiviro adds a new cookie or a new browser-storage entry, this page is updated in the same release. If Suiviro ever adds third-party analytics, this page will be updated before the analytics tag goes live and the change will be disclosed here.
