Subscription & Billing Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
This Subscription & Billing Policy explains how Suiviro subscriptions, payments, renewals, SMS allowances, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations operate. This policy forms part of the Suiviro Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Plans
Suiviro offers Free, Starter, Growing, Professional and Professional Plus plans. Features, limits and allowances vary by plan. Current pricing, allowances and the definitive plan list are published on the Suiviro Pricing page and take precedence over any figures shown elsewhere.
2. Free Plan
The Free Plan is provided at no cost. Free plans may include usage limitations including user limits, job limits and feature restrictions. Suiviro may modify Free Plan limits at any time.
3. Billing Frequency
Customers may choose monthly billing or annual billing (when available). Subscriptions are billed in advance.
4. Automatic Renewal
All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorise Suiviro to automatically charge your nominated payment method until cancellation. Renewal charges occur monthly for monthly subscriptions and annually for annual subscriptions.
5. Payment Methods
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Available payment methods are those offered by Paddle at checkout and typically include major credit and debit cards, and (where supported) Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Available methods may vary by region. Suiviro does not itself store card, bank or wallet details.
6. Failed Payments
If payment cannot be collected, Suiviro may retry payment, notify account owners, restrict premium features, suspend access, or cancel subscriptions after reasonable notice. Access may be restored once payment is successfully collected.
7. Plan Upgrades
Users may upgrade at any time. New features become available immediately, a prorated charge may apply, and billing is adjusted automatically.
8. Plan Downgrades
Users may downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep the features of the higher plan until then. On an annual subscription, downgrading mid-term does not trigger a partial refund of the unused period; the lower rate applies from the next renewal. Upon downgrade, certain features may become unavailable, usage limits may apply, and data may remain stored but inaccessible until upgrading again.
9. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Users retain access until the end of the paid billing period. No lock-in contracts apply. Suiviro does not provide partial-month or partial-year refunds for cancellation of a current billing period, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or where a refund is granted at Paddle's discretion under the Paddle Refund Policy (see clause 17).
10. SMS Allowances (Soft Cap)
Paid plans include a monthly SMS allowance. Allowances are a soft cap: SMS delivery is never interrupted mid-cycle for a paid plan. Once the allowance is exceeded, additional SMS are automatically counted as overage and invoiced on the next billing cycle at the pay-as-you-go rate.
- Free - no SMS included; SMS sending is disabled.
- Starter - 50 SMS per month included.
- Growing - 200 SMS per month included.
- Professional - 450 SMS per month included.
- Professional Plus - 800 SMS per month included.
Unused SMS credits do not roll over unless specifically stated.
11. Additional SMS Charges (Overage)
Extra SMS sent above the monthly allowance on a paid plan are billed on the next monthly invoice at the current pay-as-you-go rate. Current indicative rate: $0.15 AUD per SMS (Australia). International destinations, long messages (multi-segment) and carrier surcharges may vary; the effective rate applied is the one displayed inside the platform at the time of sending. Free-plan businesses cannot incur SMS overage because SMS sending is blocked entirely.
11a. Feature Gating by Plan
Suiviro plans differ not only in included quantities but also in which controls a business can customise. Lower tiers use Suiviro-managed defaults for automation, notifications, templates and review requests. Upgrading to a higher plan unlocks the ability to edit these settings. A comparison of what each plan can customise is published on the Pricing page and is the current source of truth. Suiviro may refine the boundary between plans from time to time; existing customers will not lose access to a setting they were previously able to edit without prior notice.
12. SMS Character Limits
A standard SMS generally contains up to 160 characters. Messages exceeding this limit may be split into multiple SMS segments. Multiple segments consume multiple SMS credits. For example: 160 characters = 1 SMS, 320 characters = 2 SMS, 480 characters = 3 SMS. Actual segment lengths may vary depending on characters used.
13. Fair Use
Suiviro subscriptions are intended for genuine business use. Suiviro reserves the right to investigate abnormal usage including excessive messaging, automated abuse, spam activity or fraudulent activity. Additional charges or restrictions may apply where usage significantly exceeds normal expectations.
14. Taxes
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST treatment will be displayed during checkout where applicable. Customers are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
15. Subscription Invoices
For paid subscriptions, Suiviro will generate invoices for new subscriptions, renewals, upgrades and additional SMS charges. Invoices may be downloaded, emailed, exported or synced to Xero (where supported).
16. Xero Billing Integration
Where enabled, Suiviro may automatically create subscription invoices, payment records and credit notes inside the Suiviro Xero organisation. This is intended to simplify bookkeeping and reconciliation.
17. Refunds
Refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, under the Paddle Refund Policy. Paddle offers a discretionary refund window of 14 days from the transaction date (in addition to any longer statutory rights that apply in your country). Refund requests may be approved in full, approved in part, or declined at Paddle's discretion.
Australian consumers retain all rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods or services that are not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose — those rights cannot be excluded.
To request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or contact admin@suiviro.com.
18. Trial Periods
Suiviro may offer free trials. At the end of a trial, users may upgrade to a paid plan, and access to premium features may be restricted. Trial terms may vary between promotions.
19. Changes to Pricing
Suiviro may modify pricing from time to time. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice before pricing changes take effect. Pricing changes will not apply retrospectively.
