SMS-specific prohibited content (ClickSend)
Suiviro sends SMS through ClickSend. In addition to the general prohibitions above, you must not use Suiviro to send SMS content in any of the following categories, which ClickSend and Australian carriers prohibit:
- Adult, sexual or pornographic content, and adult-industry services.
- Gambling, betting, lotteries and sweepstakes promotions where prohibited by law or by the destination carrier.
- Content promoting illegal drugs, cannabis (where illegal), or prescription-only medicines outside a regulated channel.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives and regulated weapons.
- Payday loans, high-cost short-term credit and other regulated financial products where prohibited.
- Cryptocurrency, "get rich quick", pyramid, MLM and other high-risk financial schemes prohibited by the destination carrier.
- Phishing, credential harvesting, malware links, URL shorteners used to disguise a destination, and any deceptive sender identity.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, and content that infringes third-party rights.
- Any content that violates ClickSend's Acceptable Use Policy, Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) rules, or the recipient carrier's messaging policies.
Suiviro honours SMS opt-out replies automatically. Any recipient who replies STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to one of your Suiviro-sent SMS is immediately added to your business's suppression list and cannot receive further SMS from your account. A reply of STOPALL suppresses that recipient across every Suiviro business. A reply of START, UNSTOP or YES re-enables sending. You must not attempt to bypass this suppression list, and you remain responsible for ensuring sender identification, opt-out instructions where required, and accurate business information appear in commercial messages.
Fair Use
Features including messaging, notifications, file uploads and integrations must be used reasonably and for legitimate business purposes.
Enforcement
Suiviro may suspend accounts, restrict access, remove content or terminate services where this policy is breached.
